Pre-shipment inspection

Assess an identified batch before it is dispatched.

Submitting a request does not commission work or create a payment obligation. Scope and availability are confirmed first.

What we agree to check

  • Product specification and shipment batch identification
  • Quantity, completion and packing status
  • Agreed appearance, functional and packaging checks
  • Sampling basis, defects and evidence for the purchasing decision

The report

A batch-specific inspection report recording the agreed checks, sampling basis, findings and limitations.

Format example only: no inspection conducted, no real findings, signature or client case.

Outside this scope

Sampling cannot guarantee every unit. The buyer makes the shipment decision; specialist testing is separately scoped.

Quotation and timing

The quotation is based on: Batch size, product complexity, readiness, location, date and sampling scope.

Tell us your deadline. We confirm feasibility, required access or documents, execution dates and report timing before you accept the written scope and fees.
