Your information.
A clear purpose.
How this website handles enquiry details and community accounts.
What is collected
The form collects the contact and project details you choose to provide, your selected service, language and any related product. Required fields are marked. Please do not submit banking information, passwords or identity documents.
How the details are used
Enquiry details are saved in the website’s private enquiry system for authorised staff to review and respond to your request. They are not published as products or public comments. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Community accounts and public discussion
Community registration stores your chosen username, email and account details in the WordPress account system. Your email is not published as part of a forum post. Usernames, posts and replies are visible in the public forum after moderation. Do not include bank details, confidential specifications or private contact information in public discussion.
Form protection and language choice
A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Your explicit language choice is remembered in your browser. If you switch language while filling a form, a temporary draft is used to retain your entries and removed after restoration or successful submission.
Corrections and removal
When discussing your enquiry with CelticGate, you may request a correction or removal and provide the enquiry reference so the record can be identified.
