Define the checks.
Decide with evidence.
Verification and inspection work begins with an agreed brief, written scope and fees. Direct supply follows a separate project contract.

Verification and inspection
Send the brief
Tell us the supplier or product, the checks you need, location and deadline.
Agree scope and fees
Confirm feasibility, responsibilities, checks, report requirements, schedule and written quotation.
Arrange and carry out the work
Agree access or required documents and complete the defined checks.
Review the report
Review findings, supporting evidence, limitations and unresolved questions.
Decide your next step
Use the report to support your purchasing decision and agree any further work separately.
Confirm the role before commissioning
We act for the buyer on verification and inspection projects. Confirm who contracts with you, the charges, any supplier interests, the final deliverables and the limits of the report before work begins.
Direct supply: a separate proposed process
The following sample, payment and delivery proposal applies to direct supply only. It does not describe payment for an independent audit or inspection. Final terms are agreed in the supply contract.
Requirements & quotation
Share specifications, quantity and the agreed European destination. Confirm the country-specific scope and delivered quotation.
The quotation defines the agreed services and applicable charges before you commit.
Sample & confirmation
Agree the proposal and sample cost. Confirm the sample against the requirements before placing the production order.
Under the proposed terms, the sample fee is refundable if the sample fails the pre-agreed quality requirements. Where timing permits, a sample can be sent to Ireland and retained as the delivery reference.
Order & delivery
The Irish reference proposal is 40% after sample and order confirmation, then 60% after Irish delivery and acceptance. Other European destinations have project-specific terms.
Procurement, agreed checks and transport follow the project contract. Payment and acceptance terms are confirmed for each project; they are not an automatic credit offer.
Proposed supply process. Final scope, sample terms, payment and acceptance are agreed in the project contract.
